Between Orange and Avignon, in the ten-hectare park surrounding a 16th-century residence, Château de Massillan offers a stay built around organic cooking. The estate tends a one-hectare kitchen garden and a greenhouse, and their vegetables are the starting point for chef Johnny Chouraqui's dishes at Le M restaurant, where produce is never a mere side.
In the evening you sit down to the three-course Parenthèse menu, seasonal bistronomic cooking that can be paired, if you wish, with the biodynamic wines of Domaine de la Guicharde, the estate's own vineyard. In the warmer months dinner is served in the courtyard, overlooking the gardens.
After a buffet breakfast the next morning, Provence is on your doorstep: the Roman theatre of Orange, the Palais des Papes in Avignon, the vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Gigondas, Mont Ventoux.

Château de Massillan is a 16th-century residence in Uchaux, in the Vaucluse, restored by Marie and Didier Perréol with a strict focus on ecology: natural materials, hemp insulation, geothermal energy. Rooms and suites are furnished with natural French linen and cotton and have air conditioning, a safe and Wi-Fi.
The estate includes the organic restaurant Le M, a Bio Spa of more than 600 m² with a heated sensory pool, hammam and saunas, a 200 m² solarium and a fitness room open around the clock. Italian is also spoken at reception.

The evening of the dinner is agreed with the hotel after confirmation. From November to April the restaurant is closed on Monday evening, Tuesday and Wednesday.
