Tazacorte is the westernmost point of La Palma reachable by car, among banana plantations, a small harbour and sunsets over the Atlantic. This proposal combines a stay at Hotel Hacienda de Abajo with a six-course tasting menu at El Sitio, the hotel's signature restaurant built around island produce: Atlantic fish, cheeses, tropical fruit and Canarian recipes reinterpreted with a light touch. The menu can be taken at lunch or dinner; wine pairing is optional and paid separately. The day is agreed with the hotel after confirmation.

Hotel Hacienda de Abajo lies in the historic quarter of Tazacorte, on the west coast of La Palma, surrounded by banana plantations sloping down to the ocean. It was the first "hotel emblemático" in the Canary Islands and received the Hispania Nostra award for the restoration of the old hacienda. Reserved for adults, it has a garden with a pool, a wellness area and El Sitio restaurant, which works with produce from the island.
