The five-course tasting menu follows the restaurant's creative Mediterranean cooking, based on island produce, and opens with two glasses of Champagne; a wine pairing can be added on request.
During the day there are the pools above the bay, the cove reserved for guests and, a few minutes away, the Coves d'Artà and Capdepera castle.
