Founded in 1899 by Louis-Eugène Pannier and relocated to Château-Thierry in 1937, Champagne Pannier is a benchmark of winemaking excellence in the Marne Valley. The Maison has made the motto 'Aim for perfection' its emblem, embodied by the figure of the medieval archer, a 14th-century carving of which was rediscovered in the cellars in 1999. Its production stands out for exceptional mastery of the Meunier grape, which gives the wines a gourmet character and an unmistakable fruitiness, supported by careful blends of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims.
