This experience pairs a night at Ruzzini Palace, a patrician residence on Campo Santa Maria Formosa, with entry to the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the house museum the American collector opened at Palazzo Venier dei Leoni on the Grand Canal.
The museum holds one of Italy's most important collections of 20th-century European and American art: Picasso, de Chirico, Dalí, Magritte, Kandinsky and Pollock, along with the sculpture garden and the terrace over the water where Peggy Guggenheim watched the boats go by. Tickets include fast-track entry, so there is no queue at the desk.
You can visit on the afternoon of arrival, after check-in, or the following morning before you leave; you choose when you book. The museum is about a 25-minute walk from the hotel, through San Marco and over the Accademia bridge, or a short vaporetto ride to the Salute stop.

Ruzzini Palace occupies an eighteenth-century patrician residence overlooking Campo Santa Maria Formosa on one side and the Rio del Paradiso on the other, in the Castello sestiere.
