Welcome to Acetaia La Vedetta, a small corner of paradise nestled among the magnificent hills of Castelvetro di Modena, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. This farmhouse is the living story of the flavors of Modena, the history of traditions and the emotion of nature. Born from Nonna Rita's dream and the dedication of the Venturelli family, La Vedetta is the ideal place to take refuge from the frenetic daily rhythm and rediscover an inner peace in harmony with the surrounding environment, between Lambrusco vineyards and the black gold of Modena.

Rooms

The hospitality at La Vedetta focuses on a feeling of peace and authenticity. The three rooms, created from the old vinegar factory, are completely immersed in the hills of Castelvetro di Modena. Every detail of the decor speaks of care and simplicity, inviting guests to indulge in a lifestyle in harmony with nature.

 
All rooms are equipped with a large en-suite bathroom (also usable for people with disabilities), satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, kettle and minibar.

THE RESTAURANT

The Acetaia La Vedetta restaurant is a place where Modena tradition and authenticity meet innovation. Located in the area below the rooms, the small restaurant celebrates the flavors of the area thanks to the work of Chef Massimo Tunesi (or Mario Sorbino, depending on the most recent source, in this case we use the two names mentioned).

 
The philosophy is to let people taste all the nuances of the surrounding nature, while at the same time describing the dishes of our tradition. The menu is seasonal, in continuous change and innovation, based on the products recovered from the farm's countryside. The objective is to offer a unique experience, dictated by a vision of hospitality that aims to amaze guests with dishes that taste of love and authenticity.
 
Furthermore, guests will have the opportunity to explore the Family Vinegar, where Traditional Balsamic Vinegar has been produced since 1976 and, more recently, PGI Balsamic Vinegar and condiments based on cooked must, with grapes selected from the 10 hectares of owned vineyard.
